Its advertising. Theres a $10 activation fee (non-refundable!) to set up a campaign and they say once the $100 runs out theyll start charging you… ie. you cant just get $100 worth of free ads; theyre trying to get you hooked in.
Its fair but irritating. It really is true that nothing is free.
